1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MindLink AI ("the Service"), available at www.mindlink-ai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Service Description

MindLink AI is a web-based Malayalam voice typing tool that converts speech to text. The Service is operated by Anoop, based in Kerala, India. MindLink AI provides real-time speech-to-text transcription for the Malayalam language, along with ancillary tools such as a teleprompter, word counter, Manglish converter, and other utilities listed on the Service.

3. Free and Paid Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier provides up to 5 transcriptions per hour at no cost. No account or payment is required for the free tier. We reserve the right to modify free tier limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Paid Plans (Pro)

Paid subscription plans ("Pro") offer unlimited transcriptions and additional features. Pro plans are available on weekly, monthly, and annual billing cycles. Details of current pricing and features are listed on the pricing section of our website. We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice to existing subscribers.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by Razorpay. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us within 7 days of payment. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Audio recordings are processed in real-time for transcription and are not permanently stored on our servers. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all text generated through your use of the Service. We do not claim any rights to your transcribed content. You are free to use, distribute, and modify your transcriptions as you see fit.

Our Content

The MindLink AI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of the Service operator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, obscene, or unlawful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to abuse the free tier or circumvent usage limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% accurate. Speech-to-text transcription relies on AI technology and may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcribed content before use, especially for legal, medical, or official purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindLink AI, its operator, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. For significant changes affecting paid subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
